  H.R. 4348, the DC Personal Protection Reciprocity Act, introduced by my Arizona colleague David Schweikert.  This legislation ensures that law-abiding citizens have the right to protect and defend themselves in our nation’s capital by allowing individuals with a lawful concealed carry permit to lawfully carry registered firearms in the District of Columbia.
